Rules for B2B Web Builder plans, domains, and the account you use to buy them.
By creating an account, signing in with Google, or paying for a Builder plan, you agree to these terms. Platform terms on b2b.co.id govern the shared account. These terms govern the website product.

1. Account
One email is one user and one organization. Registering again with the same verified email is rejected. Google sign-in links that Google account to the same user when the email matches. You can keep a password and Google sign-in together.
2. Plans
Website is billed yearly. SEO and Digital are billed monthly. Omni is opened through a WhatsApp consultation and activated after that, not through the self-serve checkout. The price, period, and tax shown at checkout are the ones that apply. Catalog prices exclude VAT unless the pricing page says otherwise.
3. What you receive
A paid website plan includes a template, SSD hosting, SSL after DNS is valid, and business email as provisioned for that plan. Current plans share the same hosting size. Domain registration, transfer, and renewal are separate products with their own dates.
4. Payment
Checkout opens a hosted payment page from our payment partner. We store the invoice reference, amount, status, and payment time. We do not store your full card number. The payment link expires if it is not completed in time, and the service is not activated. A confirmed payment activates the plan you bought. Failure to renew can suspend hosting and email. A domain renewed on its own stays registered for its own term.
5. Domain, DNS, and SSL
You point DNS to our infrastructure. SSL is installed after the domain is connected and DNS is verified. It is not installed at the moment a domain name is typed. Registrant details you submit for a domain purchase are sent to the registrar as that extension requires.
6. Your content
You own the content you upload. You give us a limited license to host, back up, and display it so the service can run. You confirm you have the rights to that content and that the site is not used for fraud, malware, or anything forbidden by Indonesian law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for crime, phishing, spam, or attacks on other customers or our infrastructure. We may suspend the account or the plan when that happens, when payment fails, or when a court or authority requires it.
8. Liability
The service is provided as described in the plan you buy. To the extent Indonesian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or content you publish. If we are liable, compensation is limited to the fees paid for that plan during the current billing period, except where the law sets another limit. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
