Rules for using B2B Web Builder website packages and related services.
By purchasing or using B2B Web Builder, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing to a plan.
Effective August 12, 2026
1. Services
Web Builder provides website templates (all templates included free), SSD hosting, SSL certificates, 1 website domain + 1 MySQL database, and business email as described in your plan. Domain registration and renewal are separate products.
2. Subscriptions & renewal
Website packages are billed annually. Renewals are due on the anniversary of your purchase. Failure to renew may suspend hosting and email while your domain remains yours if renewed separately.
3. Domains, DNS & SSL
You are responsible for pointing your domain DNS to our infrastructure. Let's Encrypt SSL is installed only after DNS is verified and the domain is connected to hosting — not automatically when a domain is first added.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal content, spam, malware distribution, or activities that harm other customers or infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Data & backups
You are responsible for your website content. We operate production infrastructure with standard safeguards, but you should keep your own backups of critical data.
6. Limitation of liability
Services are provided as described in your plan. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected subscription period, except where prohibited by law.
